When Valentine's Day, or any vacation rolls around, you may notice that the value of flowers jumps a bit. Although the price might make you blink it probably doesn't slow you down all that much when it comes to paying. After all, you're giving them to a very special friend or to a special event and the additional costs are well worth the smiles and joy that will likely result.
